Lamp shades was a request by one of our dearest customer to tie a project together from blinds, curtains,cushions and Lampshades too. So "Norfolk Lampshades" was born.
Maintaining our philosophy for handmade, attention to every detail and the very best quality possible we firstly sourced the best components on the market and using our knowledge of desirable fabrics and then applying our craftsmanship the end result is a truly exceptional product.
This is all produced in a purpose built studio overlooking the Norfolk Country side.

Do you provide International delivery?
At this time we do not offer an International service.
What is your returns policy?
All items are handmade to order therefore are non refundable and non exchangeable unless faulty. Please ensure that you measure before ordering and you chose correctly if it is for a lamp base or a ceiling shade.
I only dispatch items that I would be happy to receive however should the items not meet your expectations please contact me.
If your lampshade is damaged during transit please contact me as soon aspossible so I can arrange a refund or replacement shade. Please provide photographs of the packaging and damaged shade to help me arrange compensation from my courier.
How do I track my order?
On despatch of shade we will provide a tracking number for your convenience.
What are your delivery options?
Our preferred carrier is Hermes but not exclusively we will produce your shade and deliver within 5 working days of order. Delivery is FREE of Charge. Please see other delivery service below please specify on your order if you would prefer next day service.
